There are no failed connections to server.Just checked https://cleantalk.org/my/show_sfw and it looks like the SpamFireWall is now logging items. So it must be working.
I use Firefox. I also tried to view the settings page in Chrome and I still get the preloader.gif spinning wheel for the SpamFireWall.
I get 2 warnings in the JS console but they have nothing to do with this.

I solved my PHP version issue. My site admin fixed the issue. It wasn’t a problem with the Titan plugin.
However, I still don’t understand the SSL certificate warning and about the firewall.
If it is a simple fix, let me know.
But I guess I can live with the warning as long as it is not a big deal.

Yes, it looks like Relevanssi stopped indexing early before the word “maddog”.
Your filter works great. It showed me the following (trimmed excerpt):

I guess the BIG question is – Does Relevanssi have issues with <!– comments –> on the page?

In case that makes a difference. I didn’t think I needed the Index page since everything is being redirected.

However, “Search Posts” still doesn’t work.

I am using a Plug-in called “Page Links To” which offers me the option (directly on the Tooltip Post edit page) to redirect the post somewhere else.
