Update question #2
Now the transition between b&w to color works in Chrome, but not in firefox.
Tried this solution: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/grayscalecolors-on-firefox?replies=12 – But it didn’t work.
Update about Question #1:
I’ve managed to get the text to the position I want, (except for the head title that is a little bit off). But how do I expand the black background of the menu all the way out to the sides?

Thanks for your help, but you misunderstood my problem. It’s not that I can’t rewrite the text, the thing is that I wonder how I “change font, the padding between the title and the text, and the position of the button”.
To be clear. Not what the text say, but how it looks 🙂
