Well I use wordpress 2.6 under firefox 3.
If I use the default theme I have no problem.
If I use a custom theme (currently in developpement) when I create a simple line-break under the visual editor of wordpress admin and check the result of my page (view page) there’s no line-break.

I have found on wordpress doc the part to add for to align images that have a caption here : http://codex.wordpress.org/CSS but I don’t find the same for margin or padding paragraph elements.
