I’m also having problems with the Posts block displaying featured images.
They display fine when I use a ‘list layout’ post block, but won’t display when I use a ‘default layout’ post block. I’ve tried various settings for ‘image size’ / ‘image fit’ / ‘height’ / ‘add post link to images’ etc but cannot get the featured image to display in default layout mode.
The posts display ok apart from the missing images.
Plugin version : 3.1.4
Wordpress version : 5.9
Theme : Twenty Twenty-Two
Browser : Firefox 97.0
This is a fresh WordPress 5.9 instance on a local dev machine with no other plugins installed.

Unfortunately the site isn’t on a public server, I’m just testing Restropress locally.
Hopefully I’ve provided enough information to recreate the issue though.
