Seems I’ve solved my own problem.
I think I have a prior post called “Tourney” so there was conflicting data.
When I changed the new “Tourney” folder to a new name (“test”), it loaded the index file placed inside of that “test” folder with no problems.

So,
The root folder hosted under the domain is called “CUT”. Inside of that, I have the WordPress folder with all of it’s contents.
I tried adding a folder called “Tourney” inside of the “CUT” folder. Then, tried to access http://www.clarksvilleultimate.org/tourney — no workie.
Moved that “Tourney” folder inside of the WordPress folder and tried to access http://www.clarksvilleultimate.org/tourney — no workie.
What’d I do wrong?
