Perfect, everything is correct.
I will delete the subscriptions I created on the CookieYes website for the subdomains and I will keep only the espanolconcarmen.com one.
Thank you very much for your help!I just tried without incognito mode and CookieYes is available on domain and subdomains, but it does not save the configuration from one to another. should I do something else? Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks
Perfect, that’s what I have done.
I have removed the CookieYes installation script from the two subdomains and I only have a tag that loads CokieYes (Method 1) on all pages using GTM.
I see that so CookieYes is active in the main domain and in the 2 subdomains but the configuration is not shared, in each environment I get the cookie warning and the configuration I do in it only affects this environment, not the rest. I’m testing with incognito browsing, I don’t know if that affects or if I’m missing something.
ThanksYes, I have deactivated the CookieYes plugin. I am implementing Method 1 via GTM but so it was not working for me on the 2 subdomains I put the installation scripts on them but I will remove it now.
Should I create 3 tags: one for the main domain and 2 subdomains and apply the restrictions that only load where appropriate? or with a single tag would work on the main and subdomains?
Thank you very muchGood afternoon,
I need help again. I am modifying the website to comply with GCM V2 through Google Tag Manager (GTM). For CookieYes loading I have followed method 1 of this document: https://www.cookieyes.com/documentation/implementing-google-consent-mode-using-cookieyes/
Previously I have followed the steps by deactivating the WordPress CookiesYes plugin on the main domain and deactivating the script on the two subdomains.
I have followed the steps and in the main domain the cookie management works correctly but not in the subdomains. In GTM, I reloaded the script using a custom HTML tag with the installation code obtained from the CookieYes website. As a trigger I have tried both page view and consent initialization but I can’t get the cookies to be activated for the subdomains.
I have activated in CookieYes-Advanced Settings both Consent setting-Subdomanin consent sharing and GCM-Support GCM.
I don’t know if I have to repeat the process for each subdomain and create new tags in GTM using CokieYes CMP from the Community? Please can you tell me, how can I solve it?
Thank you very muchPerfect! Thanks. I followed your instructions and everything is perfect. Just another question: I must keep the plugin connected to work on domains and subdomains or I can disconnect it?
Thank you for replying @ericstylemixthemes!
Of course, it’s a language teaching website with online classes. Appointments are managed through Calendly and classes are taught through Zoom. I have seen that when I synchronise eRoom with Zoom, it shows the meetings held. I thought that this information is stored in a table of the plugin. I ask this because I need to keep track, both for the teacher and the students, of the classes already given and those pending to be received according to the ones that each student has bought. That way each student would have that information in their Private Area. I was considering the possibility of doing it from the information stored by the plugin.
Thank you very much for your help!
