Evan my issue had being solved by hosting provider
The Problem is solved now. after contact to hosting provider
I try to do automatic upgrade to the new version at my watch movie but i am getting a fatal error
“Allowed memory size of 25165824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2516315 bytes) in wp-includes/http.php on line 1327”
