In reply to: [cformsII] Fatal error allowed memory / Undefined OffsetOkay. Maybe the “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted” will not be thrown if you use the cforms shortcode instead of HTML comment to insert the form on your page (just use the editor button).

In reply to: [cformsII] Debug TrackingIs the twentythirteen-header-css part of the same response as the XML? That would be very odd. Can you try with a different theme?

In reply to: [cformsII] Submit Button not reachable on right sided menueThere is a theme guide available linked at readme.txt. You can figure out the positioning and width from there. Hint: Your browser has the capability to inspect the css rules applied to an element.

In reply to: [cformsII] How to create the dark-rounded theme? It was deleted for a reason and I will not put any effort in maintaining that theme any longer. You can try and copy it and the used pictures from an old cforms version and put it in cforms-custom folder. I guess you have to rework some things then.

In reply to: [cformsII] Hook to get form submission dataI am sorry for not taking this on so long. I just want to note that it is still on my list and I need to rework some more things to guarantee a clean interface.

In reply to: [cformsII] Required FieldsOkay, the bug has to do with activating “Use custom input field NAMES & ID’s”, but you do not actually use this, so deativating it works just fine.
I sent you the form with instruction to your reserve@… email address.

In reply to: [cformsII] Required FieldsI had a closer look at the file and figured out it is in a really old backup format (version 8.7 or older). I installed 8.7 and imported it and updated to 14.6.0.5, which asked for upgrading the forms, and then updated to 14.12.1. I am experiencing the issue you explained, too.
As you are such a faithful cformsII user and it is Christmas, I will investigate this issue and will provide you with something you can import and maybe a new version if this is not an issue introduced by so many conversions.

In reply to: [cformsII] Required FieldsYou can import it via the backup feature that you used to export it.

In reply to: [cformsII] Cforms has been working but now sends no emailsOkay. The WordPress version on your site seems to be 4.7, not 4.6.1 as you set as a version tag of this issue.
May it be the case that you updated to 4.7 on Dec 14th? Did you try any other email address? Did the mail server configuration change? Did you read the FAQ about email issues and did you try the suggested plugins?
