Thank you for getting back with me. It seems to have allowed the entire image to show, but now it simply “squishes” the header in rather than just shrinking the header image to the proper size. I have the size of the image set at 1200×125. I tried making the header image bigger to the recommended 1200×170, but the same problems occur. If I remove the second 100% in the code, it won’t re-size the height, but it leaves a big gap between the header image and the menu directly below it. I went ahead and kept your code in (minus the second 100%) so you could see the space problem firsthand. So please visit http://www.prideagace.com on a mobile device to see my header problem. Any ideas on how to remove the gap?

To illustrate the issue, please visit http://www.prideagace.com and on the first “circle” or slideshow, it shows an image saying “The Supply Place”. If you notice, the image i added in is smaller than the other slideshow pictures (from the theme examples), so it was slightly raised to the top of the image (or slide show) area. We are wanting to have it centered vertically to align with the other slideshow images.

The issue I’m having is the whole header does not show up on a mobile device. Here is the link to the whole image: http://www.prideagace.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Header3.jpg. It works fine viewing just the link, but as you can see on the website itself, it cuts off right at the ACE Hardware box (illustrated in your posted image). I am needing to have it display the entire header. If I change the style to ‘Contain’, it does end up showing the full header; however, there is a space between the main menu and the header on the mobile device. Does that make sense?

In reply to: [evolve] Header Image ProblemI’m actually having a similar issue. I have a header with a size of 1200×125. It looks great on desktop computers, etc. However, when being viewed on a mobile device, the header is cut off quote considerably. I have tried every option via the Theme options. I have changed it from ‘Cover’ to ‘Contain’ under the style option, and while it does shrink the whole image down and shows it all with the Contain selected, it leaves a blank space right below it. To understand, visit http://www.prideagace.com from a desktop then from a mobile phone device. Is there a technique or some code I can use to fix this issue? Please let me know.
