Hello, what do you mean by professionalism? If we are telling you to “do” what “you should do”. What’s wrong here? WordPress is a huge ecosystem and many problems are caused by conflicting themes or plugins. If we take the time to solve every user’s problem one-on-one, do you think we will have time to develop plugins?
It’s just that every user expects us to solve the problem directly. When we tell them what to do, they “react the same as you”.
With all due respect, this has nothing to do with professionalism. It only has to do with expecting plugin developers to solve every problem.
Hello, why do you users prefer to comment instead of getting support? When you can get support by sending an e-mail to support@beycanpress.com or using the “support” page on WordPress.org. Why are you posting a comment saying “it’s not working”? Maybe you can’t get it to work, right? Also, WordPress is a huge ecosystem and maybe it conflicts with other plugins you use, right? Anything is possible.
The only thing that’s not possible is that “the plugin doesn’t work” because if it did, we wouldn’t be earning any commissions and the premium version wouldn’t be sold at all. But it exists and it sells.
If you need help, you know what to do.

We have just received a payment and I can confirm that this did not happen. Only in your plugin the hook “woocommerce_order_status_completed” is triggered twice and this happens consecutively. That’s why it doesn’t work in our conditions.
I think it happened in the first updates in the last 1-2 months. But I don’t remember exactly when it happened. We use the general hook of WooCommerce, so assuming there is no problem with the other PayPal plugin, the problem is in this plugin. We’ve now switched to an alternative Stripe payment plugin just to be sure. Let us see if the same thing happens. We can keep you informed.
Hello, see I have not been able to solve this problem in any way. I have tried to take various measures but every time this hook is triggered twice. Please review the latest updates and resolve this bug. PayPal payments are fine but Stripe payments always generate two invoices.

Yes, the WooCommerce subscription team said that this error was caused by the user changing their card details. I had no problem with the next renewal, so there is no problem.
