I’m sorry – I totally forgot that there are also breadcrumb plugins for navigation on WordPress. I’m gonna use one of those and create slideshows without breadcrumbs. This should do the trick!
Alternatively if ajax in the breadcrumbs can’t be deactivated, is there a way to hide the albums in the breadcrumbs instead of the pages? Because that would also solve my problem. I already asked this in my previous post https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-wp-photo-album-plus-hide-albums-from-navigation-bar-rather-than-pages in relation to a different problem, but I thought this might be relevant for this discussion as well.
Ok nevermind – I redid the galleries and now it works like a charm without adding any javascript to hide something. I just hid the pages in II A 4.1 and it worked. Was probably a bug in my other gallery.
