Same for me, I am deeply unhappy with the situation. instead of running my business, I have now to learn and mess around with FTP using all the information that Samuel sent. I am going for a walk now, as my business is down and I am so frustrated with this. Automatic should be automatic and should have an easy way of recovering. Now I cannot simply because I do not have access to the function of the administration, and I even cannot inform my business partners about what is happening. This is so frustrating and infuriating. The bad thing is that I am running other sites with older versions and these are working fine.

Anyway, I guess that there is no point of complaining as we will not receive any additional support than links with instructions written in another language (it is English, but technical English which could only be understood by people who can understand something). It would be great if we could have the real support, as WordPress advertise itself as being the blogging platform for end-users, and it worked really great for me, but when you hit an issue, you are left alone with months of blogs unavailable. This is how I feel right now.
