https://bernieslearnings.com/wp-admin but only after I sign in. It seems to be failing the capability check that my user is the super administrator, even though the settings seem OK.
I was able to pull the site down locally and change the URL’s to point to my localhost and I didn’t have the same issue. This is what has me a bit stumped

Thanks. It’s that exact text, text that I found in one of the php files that comes with the wordpress installation. I’ll try and get the screenshot up shortly
