i don’t know much about stripe or this particular plugin but i would be happy to help you find a few resources.

i suggest posting directly on the plugin’s support page here https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/super-stripe as they will be more expert on this plugin

the other thought i have is to call stripe support and verify the account. it not letting you reset your password does seem odd

the odd part to me is that i see a lot more content in the html than what is rendered.

let’s start with a server-config path if thats cool with you

do you have ssh/panel/ftp access?

if yes, please access the site’s .htaccess file

copy the file to .htaccess-TEMP

make a new blank file and name it .htaccess & place in it these generic wordpress settings:

(the .htaccess file should be located in the same folder as your wordpress installation, but you may have to select to display hidden files depending on how you are connecting)

at this point, check the site

if that doesn’t work, we’ll want to check permissions on files and folders. this is easy to reset if you have ssh access, and many hosts will set good permissions for you with a phone call

in general, folders should be 755, and files should be 644

check back in after the htaccess stuff and we’ll come up with some ideas

i want to be sure i’m understanding so i apologize for the recap:

you’re trying to have 3 different menu entries that all link to the same page/post, but you want them to have different names in the submenu?

a couple thoughts for you if the above is true:

-are you trying to use the menu editor in Dashboard->Appearance->Menus

-have you explored adding the same page mutiple times to the menu? by clicking the arrow on the right hand side of the menu entry you can rename the menu link to whatever you would like. by setting an item using and drag and drop onto an existing entry you can nest items

here’s an example i just made where both items link to the page named “home”

the only difference between this and having “cloned pages” is that you ultimately only have one URL… personally i like this approach but whats your flavor?

for stuff like this, i usually go the route of using the wordpress export tools (Dashboard–>Tools–>Export) and export everything

then over on the dev site i install the wordpress importer and select the newly generated export file

during the import, choose to import all media too if prompted

this should allow you to install the new theme and play with it with your real content.

it’s not synced, so before launch you’ll either need to reimport or hand propagate your edits
