I’m very interested in having the auto create group feature. We’re building a educational system for schools, where teachers will sign up and register their school/group, after which the students will be able to be auto joined to that school/group when they register.
We have large amounts of schools signing up for this, so the manual creation of groups is a pain in this scenario.

Yes, had the same issue and commented out the lines in lib.php to get it to work.
It showed up for me when I created a custom menu in the admin.
Having these troubles as well.
I do recommend Gravity Forms, however it does cost 39 bucks. But it will do the same as this plugin and more – and on top of that you can use it for all your other WP form needs.
