I have index.html in a domain, ctchistory, where I have installed wordpress in a folder called blog. I have placed a link in index.html to ctchistory/blog but cannot get it to work.

Should I have as problem updating to 2.5.1 from the startlogic release?
May not be the correct place for this, but here goes.
I have a web site and have installed WordPress as a folder (myblog) under the root page (public_html).
I want to place a link on a web site page so readers can access my blog.
Can I do this?
