    i had a good go with everything. its definitely a bing thing. this probably isnt something for most people to bother too much about. unfortunately , i have a product that we only advertise on bing search and shopping, so we have a very large percentage of bing users. it looks like bing did an update on their edge browser. most of my clients are older.. so trying to get them to change another browser can be a nightmare at times!! so at the moment, i have just had to bite the bullet and use another plugin. which sucks. if you think thati have got this wrong, i am happy enough to delete this thread. thanks for your help. steve.
