So, turns out the maximum columns you can display for woocommerce products before it screws up is 4. Once I set that, it displays as expected. Still a few other issues to resolve though.

is there any update on when we may see a fix for this issue? We need to be able to add more than one product too. Otherwise it is a great plugin.
