I am not sure why or how it resolved. On my laptop I got the error message. When I looked at my WP dashboard from my ipad it was normal. Sorry I am not more help. Maybe it was a browser issue, so try looking at it from a different browser?
I honestly don’t know, I am working on the site for a friend, just have access to her dashboard. It is working great now, did a backup with no problems.
Interestingly, the error did not come up just now when I went into my WP dashboard from my ipad. I was able to authorize the Dropbox connection.
Yes every time. I uninstalled, redownloaded and reinstalled the plugin and still get the error message.
