Thank you for providing the screenshots.
Based on what I can see, I believe there is an issue with how Printful synced the data initially to WooCommerce.
Since reaching out to them didn’t help, I’d recommend you Delete or Reset all Facebook Products

To be sure we are on the same page, please create a staging site then disable all plugins except WooCommerce and Facebook while using a default theme like Storefront.

Staging site: You can clone your site to a staging environment and perform tests without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.
