When the error occurs, it blocks the functionality of other plugins, example ‘Ditty News Ticker’

I found a workaround.
I use the Atahualpa theme that is already set up to read the variable
%wp-postsviews% in the posts.
After installed another plugin “BAW Post Views Count”
the problem disappeared
Use both plugin
Wp-PostViews in the post
BAW Post Views Count in the widget
