thanks for the notification and the quick fix. For some reasons my 2 instances of WordPress did not inform me that an update is available for your plugin…
I did a manual update and the version 0.6.0 produces now a clean output with woocommerce 3.0 🙂

Interestingly enough, after more testing I observed that the notice shows with an account having a pending order.
Need to do more testing…
