ok good news– I HAVE IT WORKING NOW– on both the top level domain, and subdirectory!

but i have to document what i did, to fix it–

because after the (3) things i already tried, (in my previous comment above) did not work–

AND THE CACHING ON THE TOP LEVEL SITE WAS ALSO NO LONGER WORKING, FOR WHATEVER REASON–

i deactivated, and deleted, the super page cache in the top level domain–

and then, totally reinstalled it, and reenabled it–

and now, cloudflare caching appears to be working fine, again, on both sites!

but i may have made a few other changes, so i am going to take a careful look at both plugin installs and settings, and document them here in a few.

Hi and thanks, ok that did not work for me, unfortunately– and I tried 2 other possible fixes, bu they did not work, either, in enabling the Cloudflare cache for pages in a subdirectory site:

1– Strip response cookies: YES– does not work.

2– Overwrite the cache-control header for WordPress’s pages using web server rules– does not work.

3– I disabled Super Page Cache on the WordPress site located in the top level domain but that did not work either, to enable Cloudflare caching on the subdirectory site.

I don’t think I have anything in the settings for Cloudflare for the top level domain itself– nor do I think I have any cache control headers being set locally, that are causing it not to work.

Here is the subdirectory site again–
