I think that litespeed in its latest update has an error, the same thing is happening to me.
Hey I thought it was just me having this issue, I am also having spikes in cpu usage, I had to basically disable all the optimization options that I had previously enabled
I even upgraded the hosting plan thinking it was an isolated problem.
