Don’t worry. We figured it out. It seems to be an issue with our Navigation font (Poppins) not recognising that arrow character – hence why it can’t display it.
We’ll find a hacky way to get it working, thanks 😉

Yep I’ve already looked into that (just to show I did use the search button before leaving this post 😉 ), and none of them have an option to disable dashicons. I’ve checked through all our caching plugins and systems and there’s no similar options that are set to disable icons, emojis or graphic assets.
It shows fine when you’re logged in, it’s only when you’re logged out that they don’t display. So I don’t think it’s a site wide disabling of something, as it wouldn’t show to logged in users if it was.
Any other ideas?
