I already found out the problem. Memcached did not allow me to edit the size of the images in the catalog. However, it was another application that did the resizing. I disabled Memcached and the other app and was able to fix it. Then I turned Memcached back on.
I’m going to try disabling features to see if it works

I already changed of plugin. The problem was in te select type.

Yes to both questions.My customers are able to receive other email types. Also, they can receive this type of email only when they change status from “on hold” to “processing”.
I already checked that that the processing order email si enabled.
