    Hi Jade,

Do you have a plugin support email I can contact?

    Thanks,

    Peter

    Hi,

I am using 2.0.29 and this issue doesn’t appear to be resolved. Users still cannot delete their accounts or update their password in the accounts section.

    Pete

That seems very strange, perhaps there will be a fix in an upcoming version of the plugin. For the time being I will have to use revisions!

    Hi Vikash,

I am having the same issue. Please post back in this thread if you hear about a solution or fix.

    Best,

    Peter

    Hi,

I have just experienced the same issue when adjusting the order of pages.

As soon as a page shifts menu position, all of the layout is pushed into a single text block?

Please can someone provide some assistance?

    No problem.

We are also encountering an issue when deleting a user whereby notifications are being sent twice, to both admin and user.

I’m sure this is already on your radar though!

    Hi Oleg,

I have played around with a few settings and got the plugin to work.

The option Alternative Load (DEPRECATED) was switched on!

    Hi Oleg,

The premium version was recently purchased, however there are now more issues than before.

I have set up all of the filters again, but now instead of filtering the category, every time you select a filter, it just loads all of the products in a random order?

Please advise on how to fix this.

    Example: https://staging.raspberryplum.com/shop/ss18/girls-ss18/

    Hi Craig,

    Sorry to waste your time!

I just updated the plugin to the latest version and all is working as it should!

    Thanks for your help anyway!

    Hi Craig,

    Thanks for your response.

Of course, although it’s a dev server, so I’d rather not post publicly. Have you got a support email I can send to?

    Hi there,

Did you manage to find a solution to this issue?

    Im experiencing the same problems!

    Kind Regards,

    Peter

Hmm thats odd, the versions are listed below.

    The theme is called generatepress

    TinyMCE Advanced is v4.4.3

I just disabled every other plugin to test, and the issue still persists. The wysiwyg editor just doesn’t load – you can just see the grey background panel.

If it helps. I get the following console errors
