Okey, So I just extract WP Total Cache plugin files into cpanel “your_website/wp-contant/plugins/” folder and it works. my dashboard is working again. I know it’s not a solution but I think @chinna403 you just have to redo the last action you perform that causes this issue.

I’m facing the same issue. But I want to clear that out that it’s not a Yoast SEO plugin issue. Because I didn’t even had Yoast SEO plugin installed. I delete WP Total Cache plugin which was already disabled and my WordPress Dashboard crash.
I tired disabling all plugins from database. Didn’t work. If you have any solutions or suggestions please let me know.
