Indeed, the Date Added field was inactive, it now works.
Is it possible to change how the date format is displayed? For example now is MM/DD/YY.
Can it be Month name DD, YY (December 14, 2021).

Indeed, the quotes suggested by you are the correct ones I used (when I copied & paste them here they got different, probably because of the font used on this forum).
Its interesting as the code somehow gets recognised however instead of showing anything its blank.
