Hi Jeremy,
Your advice was spot on. My site is back to normal.
Thank you.

In reply to: Site Cannot be AccessedProblem solved. I had to re-install the Jetpack plugin (but first I had to call my web hosting company and ask for their help in deleting the Jetpack files for the plugins folder! 🙂 )
Site is back to normal.
Hi,
I have the same problem. It started two days ago (Sep 25th).
As soon as I saw this thread I tried to look at the Jetpack plugin and I noticed it’s gone. I tried re-installing it and I get an error message: “Destination folder already exists. /homepages/28/d181642338/htdocs/app551839548/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/”
I haven’t made any changes to my site in months (other than adding blog posts.) I don’t know why the Jetpack plugin is gone.
Thank you.

In reply to: Site Cannot be AccessedHi,
I have the same problem. It started yesterday (Sep 25th). Mine is a self-hosted website. I used to see my stats in the dashboard when I logged in under mysite.com/wp-admin. Now the stats are gone.
I logged into my wordpress.com account (apparently my site is linked to that account through the Jetpack plugin). In the WP.com account I get the error message that my site cannot be accessed. It gives me the option to disconnect my site from the WP.com account. Is that something I should be doing? I haven’t made any changes to that site in months (other than adding blog posts). I’d just like to be able to see my stats again in the dashboard.
Thank you.
