In reply to: Way to Block Adsense on Archive "Listing" Pages?I figured it out. I remembered some PHP code I used in a non/pre HTML5 StudioPress theme for a similar reason in the Genesis Simple Hooks plugin and it worked! Here’s the code I used:
For posts/articles:
<?php if (is_single() ) { ?>
<p>Adsense Code Goes Here</p>
<?php } ?>For pages:
<?php if (is_page() ) { ?>
<p>Adsense Code Goes Here</p>

I see. Not having much knowledge about accessibility, I just selected all the options except “Remove Genesis Plugins.”
BTW: Your plugin fixed a display glitch with the “Categories” widget on my newly installed HTML5 theme on my sites. So that was a bonus. 🙂

I can’t figure out why my bounce rate hasn’t improved then. It’s only been a few days since I installed your plugin though. How long does it usually take to show some significant improvement? And do you have any suggestions?

I went to Users > Your Profile and then down to “Proofreading” “Automatically proofread content when:” and unchecked “a post or page is first published.” Once I did that I was able to publish the ad.
I’ve had things setup this way since the beginning, so this is likely a minor glitch.
