No it is not Safari problem it is a problem with all the browsers, so I guess it is a problem with the server but where I have no idea.
You can try yourself. Here are direct links:

I do not know if I should change something in .htaccess file or what?

@ephrams: that would be one solution, but if you go around sites that have software for mac nobody has DMG in a zip file 🙂 Because that would mean 1 more step to do to install file on Mac. I also tried just now to place .exe file in the same folder and it also works with no problems (it shows file size).
