Please go to Dashboard > Master Slider > Slides tab > select your image > in Background tab change the Fillmode to FIt.

Please use this code in your custom css field:

.ms-tabs .ms-thumb-frame{
    background-color: red;    /*your desire color*/
}
.ms-thumb-frame ms-thumb-frame-selected{
    background-color: red;    /*your desire color*/
}

And for tabs text color in Slide info editor select Toolbar toggle
and change the color of text.

Hi, After checking your site, We find out that after updating WordPress your theme has “JS” error:

This is not from Master Slider.
Please contact the theme author to fix the error.
This error brings some functionality issue to Master Slider. additionally this error not only breaks Master Slider functionality but breaks functionality of other plugins.
