Do you use any cache plugins on your website? or if you do not choose an answer then click prev or next. LearnPress will ignore the question because 2 prev and next buttons have the function submit to save the results before the complete quiz
You can use a plugin allow create a page for login/register, or use page my account of Woocommerce plugin

The function Reset item progress for a user only work with the ID of quiz or lessons, not for course, please see here https://prnt.sc/x38hyn. we will update a new version to allow reset course for a user in next version

I think to have a conflict between LearnPress with another plugin on your site, you can try to enable LearnPress then deactivate each plugin to check

Lessons only can see when added to a course with sample link courses/name_course/lessons/name_lesson/. To protect the content of lessons, the user only can see the name of lessons but can’t view content when search
