I just bought it and am having serious buyers remorse. It does not work “out of the box” as claimed.
I agree with everything you have posted about this company. I thought I had researched before I purchased, but I wish I had checked these forums first. It is a shame, because their themes look gorgeous, if only they lived up to their claims of “out of the box” usability, and customer support. I am trying to set up GeoPlaces as a local business directory, but nothing works, even when I follow their exact “guides.” A “premium” theme should not be this difficult for an experience WP user to set up.
