I think i know what the problem is.. I viewed your screenshot and noticed you have very short product names. Mine are fairly long. I have an iPhone 6 Plus.
This is what mine looks like on the mobile. Product titles all squished up and missing the first name.

I have this plugin installed – version 1.6 and have added the name and products short code to the email template but when i do the test email it just shows like this {{products.cart}} ??
Any help?
