In reply to: [WP Popular Posts] No Thumbnails DisplayingHi @hcabrera,
It worked! Thank you so much! My theme instructions said to set the ‘Trending Now’ thumbnail size to 300×300 which doesn’t work but with the default 150×150, it does.
Thanks again for your help!

In reply to: [WP Popular Posts] No Thumbnails DisplayingHi Hector,
I just tried it with the lazyload option in W3TC both on and off, and clearing the cache after each change. I tried turning off lazy load in WPP too but nothing seems to be working.

In reply to: [WP Popular Posts] No Thumbnails DisplayingHi Hector,
I don’t have Smush or Optimole installed. I tried turning off the lazy image loading in the W3 Total Cache plugin, purged the cache, and refreshed the page but there’s still nothing there.
Is it a different plugin that’s using lazy load? I went through every plugin I have to see if there was an option to turn it off but W3 was the only one I could find.
Thanks!
Niamh

In reply to: [WP Popular Posts] No Thumbnails DisplayingHi Hector,
I checked the FAQ. I have the correct php extension, each of my posts has a featured image set and those images are saved in my WordPress media library. I’m not sure what could be the problem.
Thanks,
Niamh

In reply to: [OceanWP] Can’t change font size on H2 headingHi Abhishek,
Thank you for your response. I tried clearing the cache and it had no effect.
I tried changing the H2 font size in global settings and that is the only place where it actually changed it. It affected my header so I had to create a new global font specifically for that and I think that worked.
I’m not sure why it be the case that font size can only be changed in global settings and not in the customize panel or with Custom CSS? The issue seems to be resolved now.
Sincere thanks for taking the time to look into this for me.
Kind regards,
Niamh

In reply to: [OceanWP] Change Font Size of HeadingsUnfortunately that doesn’t work either. Is there a way to resolve the conflict in the elementor kit settings?

In reply to: [OceanWP] Change Font Size of HeadingsHi Abhishek,
Thank you for the CSS code.
The line for h3 adjusts the size but nothing happens for h2.
Do you have any other ideas?
Thanks in advance!
