I can move the hosting account, but all the files are on his server. So I can not get the FTP etc if this makes sense ??

I’m struggling to find my wp-admin username and password, as my web developer set up my website and did not provide me with these details. The web developer now gone AWOL. Is there any way of finding out the username/email address attributed to the wp-admin so that I can do a password recovery?
