Im having similar problem, Im completely lost with the FTP. I was helping my husband with his busniess website and uploaded this great theme and get a white screen with “This theme is released under creative commons licence, all links in the footer should remain intact” I cant access the dashboard and we have created this account via GoDaddy, I purchased the host rights from them.
So lost… my husband is going to kill me.
