Figured it out, I thought it was a plugin problem earlier so I deleted a few plugins, didn’t realize we had more sticky’s (that was the only way the news would be posted before).
So I unsticky’d some posts and now it all looks great.

I just re checked with twentyeleven. After scrolling down (after the “featured”? posts) the post show up. I also have twentyeleven activated right now so you can see what I’m talking about.
So is the problem within my normal theme?
That’s apart of your theme coding, so you’d add it in your coding through the wp admin (appearance > editor).
