The issue is that GoDady allows only POP3 from the list of allowed protocols and office365 does not allow that.
I put many combinations there.
Current setting is
Protocol: POP3
Use TLS : No
Port : 110, Tried with 995 too)
Mail server: outlook.office365.com
Mail user id : my full email id
mail password: my email password
Time correction : -5
