Could you send us a screenshot of icons you are referring to? By “the main card” are you talking about EventTop?
Maybe you need to go to EventON > EventTop > add more fields? Could you check and let me know?

Also go to EventON > Appearance > EventCard Styles > try changing Event Card Background Color > save Settings. If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header.
