In reply to: [Simple Events Calendar] Calendar Display IssuesI’m having similar issues (http://rossmoor-rha.org/calendar/) – the old version of the plugin work nicely and the calendar appeared great. Now it’s more of a hot mess.
The grid used to just show the event title and the details were in the hover. Now the initial display is a compact grid, but the next month (using the black dot that used to be an arrow at the top of the calendar) shows the event title all spaced out.
I love where you’re going with this, but this seems much more like beta testing than a 3.0 “upgrade” = please advise
That’s perfect Matt. Thanks.
I once again removed the WF tables and deleted the WF plugin. I verified there were no WF tables in the database.
I then reinstalled WF and verified the missing tables were created and then activated WF. Made my modifications to the base set up (enabling Falcon, comparing theme and plugin code, etc.) and again verified the tables are still in the database.
So, we seem to have a clean install as of now (10:56 pm PDT). I will monitor the error log and see what’s going on. Maybe we can pinpoint when/if the tables disappear.
Thanks for your hep and explanations. I helped me get my old coding hat back on to dig in a bit deeper.
I’ll be back if the tables disappear again. 🙂
Yes, the wfNet404s table is missing completely. As are wfHoover and wfVulnScanners according to the database repair I just ran.
What are the specs for those tables so I can recreate them?
Thanks!
I’m just putting the link in the description in text: http://myawesomecoolsite.com and the calendar plugin is making the text a link automatically. Which is AWESOME.
So I don’t have the option to put the target in there. I was hoping the plugin would or could be made to honor the newwindow attribute unless there is another way. I really don’t want to put the HTTP markup in the calendar item description as it makes the description hard to read everywhere else.
Thanks
Oh the calendar IS creating the link which is terrific.
It’s just that I can’t get the link to open in a new window. Which is why I thought if the calendar honored the newwindow attribute, that we would have the best of both worlds – auto-create link that either opens in the same or new window
Forum: Installing WordPress
In reply to: stack overflow at line:500Hi – I too have the same stack overflow issue and DO NOT have Akismet installed – it started with v2.1 and did not go away with the 2.1.1.
Others can post to the blog with no issue. I upgraded to IE 7.0 hoping that it would resolve the issue to no avail.
Any suggestions in how to corret this issue would be greatly apprecaited.
