In reply to: How do I deal with hosting my site on my own server??Does your company’s server comes with MySQL and PHP as below
http://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
If yes, then it should be not much of a problem and you can follow Josh’s instruction.
However, hosting a website using company’s server may not be that advisable as you will be having limited bandwidth speed and possibility of having computer or server shutdown.

In reply to: Website error, please help!!!!It appeared that the footer was linked to their PHP coding on their function.php files. Most of theme developers do this to prevent their hardwork from being removed.
After you downloaded from the new source, I would suggest not to remove the existing footer.
Anyhow, you can force back to run your default theme(Twenty Eleven if you are running WordPress 3.2.1) by renaming the evolve theme folder at wp-contents/themes/evolve to different name.

In reply to: Install problemIt was because of the previous wordpress installation path. Do you still have the original WordPress installation? If yes, I would suggest you to run the import and export migration as the previous installation of your WordPress is hardcoded on specified installation path instead of variable path.

You can actually ask the GoDaddy to help you to point your domain to different nameserver so that it will not resolve to WordPress.com’s DNS.
I have checked and the domain registrar for your domain is Godaddy and they should able to help you on that instead of waiting for WordPress.com.
