I have this same problem: just installed carrington and a tag cloud appears in the secondary sidebar even though the “current widgets” section of the Widgets admin page reports that the secondary sidebar is empty. It isn’t true: the tag cloud is in there, even though I don’t want it there.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
