Alright,

That’s great to hear. Do you have any idea why it doesn’t “feel” as if the preloader is doing it’s work? It’s often that I still have to visit a page first manually before it’s actually super fast.

The preloader does show as “finished” in the back-end.

Sorry I forgot to mention that your suggestion helped me a lot.
One of the clients did indeed make on of the orders as guest.

There’s indeed a cookiebot trackingscript, which when removed from the scripts, solves the issue.

Hey Benjamin,

That’s actually some great advice, it is when I disable “Analytics” that the issue goes away.

And it might be related to this error:
GET https://consentcdn.cookiebot.com/consentconfig/4e9388af-1684-4017-9521-add940465359/bgs.dssprod.be/configuration.js net::ERR_ABORTED 404

That error does not show with “Analytics – disabled” but it does show with “Analytics – enabled”

Some extra information I found out:

When I open the website via Incognito mode, the issue is not present.

Could it be that SEO Press hard-caches something?

PS, I tried clearing the application cache for this specific site, but that doesn’t seem to do anything:

Hey @benjamin Denis,

I would also expect that there are console errors, but that’s the weird thing, there are none.

Here’s the contents of the console:

The only way I found out that SEO Press might have something to do with it is because when I enable the plugin all the things stop working (drop down menu’s, tidio chat widget not showing up, …)

And once I disable the plugin, all is back to normal.

Is there maybe another way then via this forum to which I can share you a link? It’s behind an Apache auth wall atm.

The product type of that SKU is “Variation”, it’s part of a “Variable” product.

The one I affichiate in my video is one “Variation”. Hope that clarifies, if not let me know!

Adding to this when i search for a certain keyword in the name of product, it finds product. But I can’t open the variations anymore:

Hello there,

After contacting my host it seemed they have varnish running; I asked them to disable it, and now it looks like issue 1 & 3 have been solved.

Which renders all my initial issues resolved.

One thing I do noticed now is by settings this snippet:
add_filter( ‘tinvwl_allow_add_parent_variable_product’, ‘__return_true’ );
I am no longer able to remove a product from the wishlist from the product page:

We can click remove, but the product remains

Hello templateinvaders,

1. We do run W3 Total Cache on the website, and I disabled it as a matter of test. I notice the following. When I go to “https://cominesb-taunton.savviihq.com/en/wishlist/” I don’t see my wishlist. But when I press “CTRL + F5”, a hard refresh, I do see my wishlist. So whilest W3 Total cache is not active, the page is still getting cached. Do you have any idea how I can get around this?

I do see that our host (SAVVII) runs their own back-end caching. I will contact them for more information if they cache the wishlist or not. I’ll keep you posted.
