What’s the likely culprit though? Is this bug in plugin, theme or something on the host? I’d prefer not to have to make hardcoded changes that will get overwritten later on with updates.

I got it working properly on the development site which has the same theme, same version, same plugins etc. http://brokerco.metamode.com.au/ Might I add, this development site is also hosted on different server.

Checked again on the live site http://www.brokerco.com.au/ for consistency with the development site and still same problems. I don’t understand what could be causing this if the sites are practically same, just different servers?
