Open “Integration” tab on “ARI Fancy Lightbox -> Settings” page, enable “Images -> Convert links to images” checkbox and populate “Images -> Custom grouping selectors” parameter with the following value:
.fv_restaurant .fv_player_pro_boxElement

Do you use free or PRO version of the plugin? What version is used on your site? Could you send screenshot(s) by email (info@ari-soft.com) with configuration on “MailChimp” tab from from settings page?
Sorry for the delay. “Show quick icon” parameter is available in plugin settings in v. 1.1.6.
