This is known issue, and currently we have “Reset Settings” button that can be used in such cases until we find better solution. Please leave admin menu customizing as a last step in admin panel customization.

Please make sure that the plugin is correctly installed and activated on Plugins page. Please also check if theere is a folder “ag-custom-admin” in wp-content/plugins folder on your site. If you rename this folder, this link would be different. Thanks!

http://yoursite.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=ag-custom-admin/plugin.php

AG Custom Admin plugin catches any errors thrown in WordPress admin panel. This feature was suppose to help users to find and fix such problems but we get many support requests asking us to fix such problems. These problems are not related to AGCA plugin. We will release new version soon that will not show error notification in admin. For any concerns about other plugins please contact their support.

ArgoniusI don’t see how this could be related to AGCA plugin, but you could try following:
– update your theme and all your plugins
– disable plugins one by one to see which plugin caused the error. if you find the one, please report the error to the plugin’s support pageForum: Plugins
