In reply to: [AGCA - Custom Dashboard & Login Page] White screen of deathUnfortunately, we cannot afford to switch back to old libraries. In your case, it’s better to stick with older AGCA version until your theme is updated with new libraries.

In reply to: [AGCA - Custom Dashboard & Login Page] White screen of deathIt’s difficult to say. I think that some libraries that you’re using were not up-to-date (jQuery, Bootstrap etc.). You should always make sure that everything is up to date.

In reply to: [AGCA - Custom Dashboard & Login Page] White screen of deathHi moonbird,
You’re right the first error makes your problems, so you have to fix that error first! I would suggest disabling all your plugins and enabling them one by one. When all are disabled, I believe the issue will gone. When you enable them you can find out which one causes this problems. Once you’ve found which plugin is broken, try to reinstall it or contact its supports

In reply to: [AGCA - Custom Dashboard & Login Page] White screen of deathI agree. Please download 1.3.4 plugin version or later, and post new topics regarding this version. Error handling is improved in the latest version, so this error might not be reproducible any more.
Thanks.

In reply to: [AGCA - Custom Dashboard & Login Page] White screen of deathHi,
This cannot be fixed for all users! This is the effect of the different causes. When some JavaScript code from other plugin/theme throws an error, it may block AGCA scripts to work properly. In that case the only solution is to check browser’s console for errors and find the exact source of the problem. Please post here your site URL and I could take a look.
Thanks!Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [AGCA - Custom Dashboard & Login Page] White screen of deathThat’s really interesting. I wasn’t able to reproduce this issue on my environment. Can you send me a link to your site where this issue is reproducible? If you run it in production, do you have any test environment? I will need to debug to find the source of the problem. Thanks!

In reply to: [AGCA - Custom Dashboard & Login Page] White screen of deathHi,
It’s really difficult to say what happens in your environment. Please check browser’s console whenever you have such errors. Issues like these are most likely caused by JavaScript errors. Console’s logs usually can give us more information about actual error. Please copy/paste those errors if you can.
Thanks!
